Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Times We ship internationally from our suppliers and delivery times vary by location:
- Canada & USA: 15–30 business days
- Rest of World: 20–40 business days
We know that's longer than the big box stores — but good things are worth waiting for. Every piece in our collection is carefully sourced, and we think you'll agree it was worth it when it arrives.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your order every step of the way.
Delays Occasionally, shipping times may be affected by customs processing or peak postal periods. If your order hasn't arrived within 40 days, please reach out and we'll make it right.
